We meet annually for a keynote and a social during the Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of America. For the past few years, we have also met online, to be able to reach all our members who do not attend the in-person meeting. Starting in 2023 the keynote has been presented in-person with the Annual General Meeting still presented online along with an awards symposium.
In 2024 we will have one in-person mixer with a keynote speaker as well as a virtual Symposium and Annual General Meeting.
